The Podcast and Social Media Content Manager will play a vital role in elevating the brand’s online presence and fostering meaningful audience engagement.


Role & Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
  • Develop a comprehensive content calendar for Instagram, TikTok and X and help manage the social media intern to make sure KPI’s and targets are being hit.
  • Develop visually compelling brand decks, event menus, signage, and merchandise designs using Canva and Adobe Suite, bringing a high level of creativity and brand alignment to every touchpoint.
  • Edit and polish content for both Instagram and Spotify to ensure high-quality, on-brand delivery that resonates with target audiences.
  • Design engaging, platform-specific strategies that leverage trends in the health and wellness industry.
  • Ideate and produce high-quality short-form videos, graphics, and posts (e.g., reels, stories, TikToks, and X).
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across all social media platforms, including repurposing podcast content for reels, TikTok’s and for X as well as other short-form video formats.
  • Analyze audience insights and engagement metrics to refine strategies and optimize performance.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration for brand partnerships, with partnership team and ensuring smooth deliverables and timelines.

- Community Engagement:
  • Build and nurture an online community, engaging followers with authentic, value-driven content.
  • Actively respond to comments, direct messages, and other audience inquiries to foster deeper connections.
  • Leverage influencers and ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement. 

- Podcast Production & Growth:
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on end-to-end podcast production, from ideation to publication.
  • Manage and optimize podcast uploads and presence on Spotify for Creators, ensuring seamless distribution and platform performance.
  • Drive growth across Instagram, TikTok, and X, including the Biohack-It Broadcast Channel, with a deep understanding of audience engagement, content trends, and algorithm strategy.
  • Coordinate and manage video editors to ensure timely and consistent delivery of each podcast episoden across Apple and Spotify.
  • Develop and execute innovative podcast launch strategies, rollouts, and promotional plans, always thinking outside the box to push the brand forward.
  • Research and secure high-profile, relevant guests to maintain podcast excellence.
  • Coordinate and document key content themes, discussion points, and supporting visuals.
  • Work with our YouTube team to ensure the podcast’s visibility through YouTube Shorts, social media campaigns, email marketing, and strategic SEO.
  • Email marketing template design, and strategy buildout to be aligned with senior management vision.
  • Ensure smooth operations for recording sessions, including tech setup and guest preparation.

- Analytics and Reporting:
  • Develop monthly reports that measure podcast downloads, engagement growth, and campaign ROI.
  • Recommend optimizations based on emerging insights and competitive analysis.

- Additional Responsibilities:
  • Research market trends and create actionable recommendations to stay at the cutting edge of wellness-driven content.
  • Stay informed on platform algorithm updates, ensuring all strategies are optimized for discovery.
  • Support senior management with additional tasks and cross-functional collaboration as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in social media and digital content management, preferably in health, wellness, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut).
  • Expertise in creating content Instagram and TikTok
  • Preferred graphic design experience
  • Skilled with design of decks, PDF’s and other design aspects
  • Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt tone for platforms and audiences.
  • Experience with podcast management, including production, promotion, and guest relations.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledgeable about health, wellness, and biohacking trends.
  • Embraces a dynamic, fast-growing podcast company environment with agility, energy, and enthusiasm.

Work Schedule:
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm, with flexibility for occasional weekends as needed.

Location:
Hybrid work schedule with occasional on-site work at their offices in Wynwood and Coconut Grove, Miami.
