What You’ll Do
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a marketer who can think strategically and execute flawlessly.
Content & Website Marketing
- Develop and manage content strategy across web, blog, and email—educating and converting audiences on the value of precious metals.
- Optimize the Battalion Metals website for performance: SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and UX best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to develop educational and promotional assets.
- Deploy marketing emails
- Own email campaigns end-to-end—from welcome flows to cart abandonment, win-backs, and educational drips.
- Test and iterate subject lines, copy, CTAs, and timing for optimal performance.
- Drive ongoing improvements in engagement and retention.
- Community management – respond to messages, comments, etc.
- Manage Battalion’s social presence (organic and paid), aligning with brand tone and key campaigns.
- Develop relationships with aligned creators, influencers, and thought leaders in finance, investing, and independence spaces.
- Coordinate influencer content and reporting to maximize ROI.
- Help scale Battalion’s invite-only affiliate program: recruit, onboard, and activate high-performing partners.
- Collaborate on co-branded content, tracking performance and driving growth through referral programs and partner campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to keep Battalion ahead of the curve.
- Bring fresh, strategic ideas to grow awareness, credibility, and loyalty.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in content, brand, or growth marketing—preferably in DTC, financial services, or CPG.
- A portfolio or track record of driving measurable growth through multichannel content and lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent writing and editing skills—you can develop or guide compelling copy when needed.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Iterable, and Social Media platforms.
- Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, or regulated industries.
