The company:

Our customer is the largest GPU cloud built specifically for AI. Instantly deploy thousands of NVIDIA H100s and A100s on-demand, without contract or commitment, or reserve dedicated clusters at any scale to power your training and inference workflows.


The role:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3+ years of experience with a strong background in Linux environment, advanced troubleshooting skills and mindset, customer support experience, and fluent English to speak directly with customers.

This is a remote position with challenging daily challenges, to cover the 8am to 6pm shift San Francisco, California.

 
Responsibilities:

As an Infrastructure Support Engineer you will be in charge of:
  • Providing 1st line support to their customers.
  • Providing support to their non-technical team members.
  • Configuring, testing and deploying new GPU servers and virtual machines.
  • Maintaining and updating automation workflows (scripts, ansible, etc...).


Requirements:

You must be familiar with technologies such as:
  • Ansible and Bash Scripting.
  • NVIDIA GPUs.
  • Hypervisors.
  • Kubernetes or Slurm.
  • Networking (Switches and Routers).
  • Linux Disk Management.


This position is only valid for professionals based in Latin America.
