Position Overview:
As a Sports to Casino Cross-Sell Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our cross-sell initiatives by developing and executing product marketing strategies that convert our sports betting customers into engaged casino players. Your expertise will help create compelling marketing campaigns and product features that enhance the user experience between our sports and casino products. This role is perfect for a proactive and marketing-focused professional with a passion for both sports and casino gaming.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies to facilitate the cross-sell from sports betting to casino.
  • Campaign Development: Design, execute, and monitor cross-sell marketing campaigns that drive user engagement and conversion.
  • User Experience: Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless and engaging user journey from sports to casino.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences, informing marketing strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, user feedback, and market trends to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to align marketing strategies with product features and enhancements.
  • Customer Insights: Utilize customer data and insights to personalize marketing efforts and maximize conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on cross-sell marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI to key stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Identify and propose new marketing ideas and initiatives that can drive cross-sell success and differentiate our offerings in the market.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Portuguese and/or Spanish will be a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of both sports betting and casino gaming products and customer behavior.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
