Last Country, Inc. is the company behind Tucker Carlson Network (TCN), the new streaming platform that is home to exclusive all-new content from Tucker Carlson, a seasoned journalist with over two decades of experience. TCN is regularly releasing new video content that tells the stories that matter and helps people make sense of the world around them.

The position:
Last Country is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join their team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to boost business development and grow revenue. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Identify Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, networking events, and social media.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate our digital media products and services to potential clients, showcasing how our solutions can drive their business objectives.
  • Close Sales: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all agreements are documented and aligned with company policies.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market demands to effectively position our offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue using CRM software.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably in digital media, advertising, or marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results with a positive and professional attitude.
