Position Overview
We are seeking an Inside Sales & Sales Support Manager to oversee and support our rapidly expanding direct-to-store sales platform. This role serves as the central hub—our “mission control center”—for inside sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between leadership, distribution directors, and field sales representatives. We are looking for someone who is hungry to grow within a fast-paced, fast-growing company and eager to take on increasing responsibility as the organization scales.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the direct-to-store wholesale sales platform.
  • Conduct proactive sales outreach and respond promptly to retail and wholesale inquiries.
  • Provide organizational and administrative support to sales directors and leadership.
  • Accurately process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely follow-up with retail accounts.
  • Support retail stores with order fulfillment, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Act as the primary coordination point for distribution directors and field sales support.
  • Deliver regular sales reporting, forecasts, and progress updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve sales growth targets.
  • Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and reporting decks for internal and external use.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with retail partners, distributors, and internal teams.


Qualifications

  • Experience in inside sales, sales support, wholesale management, or CPG operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Shopify.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; patient, professional, and team oriented.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and assertive with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in retail account management, order processing, and logistics tracking.
  • Availability to work largely within Pacific Time hours is required.
