Our client is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer consumer brand with a strong and highly engaged online community, rapidly expanding its presence both digitally and in retail. They are building a movement-driven brand and scaling quickly into a major national player within their category.
The Role:
They are looking for a Social Community Engagement Manager to own and grow their online community across social platforms. This person will act as the digital voice of the brand, turning followers into loyal fans and advocates through authentic, on-brand interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube, including responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Proactively engage with trends, conversations, and cultural moments to maintain brand relevance.
- Monitor audience sentiment, feedback, and trends to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and influencer teams to align community efforts with campaigns.
- Support influencer initiatives by identifying opportunities and ensuring brand consistency across collaborations.
- Contribute ideas for community-driven content such as Q&As, polls, and giveaways.
- Track engagement metrics and provide insights to continuously optimize performance.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing social media interactions for a brand, creator, or online community.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of tone and brand voice.
- Deep familiarity with internet culture, memes, and online trends.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple interactions simultaneously.
- Ability to balance professionalism with personality in public-facing communication.
