A growth-oriented investment firm focused on acquiring and scaling businesses is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead a direct-to-consumer men's wellness brand backed by venture capital. This physician-founded company is positioned to challenge incumbents like Hims, Keeps, and Ro through superior clinical credibility, differentiated formulations, and authentic brand positioning at the intersection of telemedicine, consumer wellness, and lifestyle branding.

The ideal candidate will assume full P&L ownership and drive aggressive growth toward market leadership.
 

The Role: Driving Strategy and Execution

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the vision across four critical pillars:

  • Revenue Acceleration: Design and execute a multi-channel growth strategy (paid media, influencer, organic content) to optimize the conversion funnel and achieve best-in-class CAC/LTV ratios. Optimize the subscription model and develop strategic B2B2C partnerships.

  • Brand Development: Position the company as the authority in men's wellness. Leverage the physician-founding story and clinical credibility to build an authentic, category-defining brand that resonates deeply with the target demographic.

  • Operational Excellence: Build scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth, implementing data-driven decision-making, optimizing supply chain/fulfillment, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Team Building: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performance team across marketing, product, and operations, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and rapid experimentation.
     

The Ideal Candidate

Professional Experience:

  • 5-10+ years of progressive leadership in direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.

  • Proven success scaling companies in healthcare, beauty, or wellness.

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok) and optimizing acquisition funnels.

  • Strong understanding of subscription business models and unit economics.

  • Experience operating successfully in regulated industries (FDA and compliance requirements).

  • Track record of competing successfully against venture-backed incumbents.
