The position:
Our client is looking for a Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Node.js and React.js. As a Full Stack JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex cloud applications from end to end. You will work closely with our team of designers and developers to create innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex cloud applications using Node.js and React.js
- Design user interfaces and implement front-end components
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Solid experience with Node.js and React.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work in a start-up environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Experience with Docker and containerization
