Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of visually compelling assets across all ALP marketing and brand touchpoints. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing materials for digital, print, in-store displays, trade show booths, marketing collateral, social media content, and product packaging. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, a deep understanding of brand identity, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to translate strategic objectives into designs that capture attention and reinforce ALP’s brand presence.
Reports to: SVP, E-Commerce & Creative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and partnerships teams to develop graphic concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
• Create high-quality designs for a variety of channels and uses, including:
o Digital assets (ads, email graphics, website banners)
o Print collateral (flyers, brochures, posters)
o In-store displays and signage (POS)
o Trade show booth designs and event graphics
o Social media content (static posts, carousels, and visual templates)
o Product and packaging files (print-ready with proper die lines and specs)
o Sales presentation templates & materials
• Prepare and package final artwork files for both digital and print production.
• Maintain and evolve ALP’s visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Ensure all creative output adheres to brand and regulatory guidelines, including typography, color palette, and logo usage.
• Work with production vendors and manufacturers to ensure final output meets specifications and quality standards.
• Review proofs and pre-press files for accuracy.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain an organized archive of creative assets for easy access and reuse.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• A design portfolio for the application is mandatory.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consumer goods or ecommerce-native brands.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print production, die lines, color management, and packaging design.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
