TCN is home to exclusive, all-new content from seasoned journalist Tucker Carlson, who has over two decades of experience. TCN regularly releases new videos that tell important stories and help people make sense of the world around them.
The position:
They're developing two lifestyle brands with passionate and engaged audiences, and they're looking for a creative, organized, and culturally savvy Merchandise Brand Manager to bring these brands to life by creating timely and impactful products.
This split role supports both the Tucker Carlson Network (TCN) and Alp Pouch, a nicotine pouch brand co-developed by Last Country. You will be responsible for leading merchandise strategy, development, and execution for both brands, building distinct collections that reflect each brand's values and personality.
For TCN, you will transform editorial instincts and cultural moments into product concepts that resonate with a diverse America-first fan base. For Alp Pouch, you will help develop a younger, lifestyle-forward collection that embodies freedom, edge, and swagger.
While you don't need to be a designer, you should know what looks good, what sells, and how to bring a product to life from concept to fulfillment. You will manage vendors and creative contractors, working closely with our marketing team to promote product launches across all channels.
You will build two culture-driven product lines from the ground up, giving people a tangible way to express their values, identity, and allegiance. It's not just merchandise. It’s a movement.

Responsibilities:
- Merch Strategy & Concepting: Lead the development of merch for both Tucker Carlson Network and Alp Pouch, tailoring collections to each brand’s identity, aesthetic, and audience. Monitor cultural trends, product formats, and audience sentiment to guide new ideas.
- Design Development: Translate concepts into briefs, work with designers to develop assets, and give creative direction to ensure products hit the mark—visually and culturally.
- Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to build and execute cross-channel promotional strategies for merchandise launches—including organic social, Tucker ad reads, email, SMS, site banners, and brand video content.
- Shopify Store Management: Maintain and optimize the e-commerce experience for TCN and partner with the ALP side for smooth integration on their Shopify. Handle product uploads, descriptions, inventory planning, and merchandising strategy.
- Project & Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, printers, and vendors to manage production timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables. Approve samples, troubleshoot delays, and keep everything on track.
- Performance Tracking & Demand Planning: Monitor sales data and adjust stock levels accordingly. Identify restock needs, bundling opportunities, and ways to build momentum over time.
- Cross-Team Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between design, marketing, and finance to keep projects aligned and moving smoothly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in brand merchandising, product development, or e-commerce.
- Strong grasp of American cultural trends and the political/cultural landscape surrounding both Tucker Carlson and freedom-minded lifestyle brands.
- Excellent taste and trend fluency—you can spot what’s next and understand how to translate ideas into products that are on-brand for the respective TCN and Alp brands.
- Strong Shopify or similar e-commerce platform experience.
- Proactive project manager and skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bonus points for previous experience launching or managing a DTC lifestyle brand, especially with crossover between politics and culture.
