The position:
We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused VP of Commerce to drive exponential growth across three distinct, high-impact verticals:
- Tucker Carlson Network Store: Convert Tucker Carlson’s commentary into a lifestyle brand by developing poignant and culture-driven merchandise appealing to Tucker’s cross-generational audience.
- Alp Pouch: Work as a strategic partner to the team at ALP, hyper-fast-growing nicotine pouch brand, to drive a robust merch program and establish ALP as a lifestyle brand.
- Battalion Metals: A next-generation gold and silver brand rooted in transparency and financial sovereignty, founded to disrupt a corrupt industry and positioned as the industry’s new standard bearer.
- Last Country Supply: A survival gear brand in partnership with ReadyHour, featuring a Last Country-branded storefront and product line.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee cross-functional execution across all brands.
- Own performance and growth for Shopify storefronts, including CRO, AOV/LTV improvement, and funnel optimization.
- Oversee campaign development and launch strategy across email, SMS, paid social, CTV, and influencer.
- Partner with brand leads and creatives to shape marketing strategies and powerful brand differentiation.
- Analyze performance data and drive insights that inform product decisions and marketing direction.
- Work closely with product, finance, and fulfillment teams to align inventory, pricing, and demand forecasting.
Qualifications:
- 6–10+ years of experience in e-commerce, brand merchandising, or DTC marketing.
- Strong Shopify experience; familiarity with third-party fulfillment integrations and affiliate platforms.
- Strategic operator with strong creative instincts—you understand both the mechanics and the storytelling of e-commerce.
- Excellent communicator and project manager able to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Highly aligned with the cultural values of our audiences: sovereignty, independence, tradition, and resilience.
