The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between the foundation and our sponsors. Your role will be to seek new opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with current and potential sponsors.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sponsorships and contribute to our long-term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify warm leads from leadership team and marketing campaigns
  • Contact potential sponsors through cold calls and emails
  • Efficiently and thoroughly present our foundation and services to potential sponsors
  • Identify sponsor needs and suggest appropriate solutions and program affiliations
  • Customize solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with sponsors
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) sponsors and leadership team
  • Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Experience in crypto/Web3 ecosystem
  • Keep detailed record of sponsor interactions
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Fluent English


This is a remote position. Only candidates living in Argentina will be considered.
